The TBI Regional Resource Center is funded through a grant from the NYS Department of Health. The Center provides information,advocacy,linkage and referrals for individuals with brain injuries and related conditions.
The Center works to provide a bridge from inpatient medical and rehabilitation services to community-based services and supports. The Center also works to support brain injury survivors in their communities.
Information, services, and supports are focused on creating a satisfying life for the brain injury survivor that is based upon personal choices and valued outcomes.
